AWARDS ARCHIVE 1
Four scholarships given to Shepaug Valley High School Seniors.

Thanks to strong community support this year, we were able to offer two $1,000 Merit Scholarships and two $5,000 Recurring Scholarships. The Merit Scholarships were awarded to Sarah Edwards and David Easter and the Recurring Scholarships were awarded to Jenna Bollard and Charlie Van Kirk. The Recurring Scholarships are given over four years to students who pursue a music related education. All four students consistently contributed to the success of Shepaug High School music programs through their commitment and dedication.

Eighth Grade Graduate Awards

The Shepaug Friends of Music recognized two eighth grade students at the Shepaug Valley Middle School who, through attitude, conduct and achievements have done the most to promote the best interests of the school's music programs in the 2006-2007 academic year.

Fifth Grade Graduate Awards

The Shepaug Friends of Music recognized six fifth grade students from Burnham, Booth Free and Washington Primary School. A girl and boy, from each school, were honored at their year end celebrations for their attitude, conduct and achievements that have done the most to promote the best interests of their school's music programs in the 2006-2007 academic year.
